CDDC is excited to offer Landscape, Patios, Decks and even Pool Design services.

But, it is important to share, Chris Demkow is not a Botanist or literal Landscaper, and CDDC is no longer an actual construction company, let alone a pool installer.

Though, with that in mind, we are very much connected!

We have partners that we work with on all sorts of natural and leisure issues including other designers and architects, talented carpenters, professional landscapers and gifted amateur gardeners, as well as highly knowledgeable vendors, pool installers and even mechanical engineers.

Just like we ask you to do with us, when we have questions, we ask the pros. And we are always happy to share our contacts!
